This guy? He was put on administrative leave the day before, started a fire and shot a gun in an empty classroom. He was not permitted to have a gun on campus.

The armed SRO was on the otherside of the campus when the shooting began and was a coward who refused to even enter the building when he arrived.

The faculty and staff are already in the school when the shooting starts and they are usually the first targeted.

Their response time to a critical incident would be instantaneous, not minutes or an hour or more away.

The program is working great in Texas and OK and all states should consider something modeled on ours.
