'My health insurance is going up to $800 a month with a $15k deductible and that's the CHEAPEST PLAN"

No, you don't. The federal government pays for their employees only. Everyone else pays their own way. You are exaggerating a little. My wife and I have Medicare and we paid into that for 40 years. I have VA healthcare because the military broke my body. Which communist healthcare country would you like to emulate?
All the mentioned group are paid by tax money, thus there benefits package is paid by tax money thus our money. 36 democratic countries have universal healthcare and it works way better than the predatory for profit system America uses

Obamacare gave affordable health care to millions more,
He "gave" them healthcare???? it wasn't his to give... you are paying for illegal aliens to have free healthcare... and paying for folks who refuse to work....
and your costs keep going up... so don't complain you did this....

When have you ever made a logical, well constructed argument? You sound like Trump when he talks, but you are probably a bit smarter.
Everytime I send you packing boy....

Bullshit, many low income Republicans are/were on it.
That doesn't mean they're idiots. People on the dole realize, first hand, how demoralizing it is. They vote against welfare crap because of this - not because they're stupid.

Obamacare gave affordable health care to millions more, the plan needed Republican support, intervention, involvement, or suggested improvements, but they actively worked against something with the nickname of the man who signed it into law.
So what? It took AWAY health care to millions of others!

Any plan that gives away something to one group of people, paid for by people who as a result can no longer afford it for themselves, is a horrible plan. period.

There is something very wrong with a plan that enables lower-income people to get better medical care - at no cost to themselves - than middle-income people can afford to buy for themselves.

So that's why most of my doctors are foreign? Because their healthcare systems were so great they left and came to the US? The head of surgery for my transplant team is Iranian and went to medical school in England. My transplant surgeon was Pakistani. My aftercare doctor was a Sikh from India. My gastroenterologist a few years ago was Muslim and foreign-born, but I don't recall where. My cardiologist was Japanese. My oncology doctor I saw was Indian. My podiatrist was Indian. I just saw a dermatologist at the VA who is Indian. My primary care physician is the only doctor I have seen in about 5 years that is a good old American and she is a nurse practitioner and not an MD.

What does that tell you about foreign healthcare? All of their good doctors came here!

Yes the predatory for profit health system in America pays doctors better. But does not give good across the board healthcare
The 35 nations have a education system that feeds the healthcare system

If those education systems are so good, why do they attend medical schools here in the US?

My mother had to be raced to the ER last spring. She remained there for 24 hours, and I saw three rotations of doctors. Every single one was either Asian or Arab.

Then she was moved to ICC for two days. Not a white American in sight. Again, all Asian or Arab.

Then a week in the regular hospital wing. Again, not a single white male doctor. There was ONE white female doctor, but the rest were all Asian.

It needed improvement, Republicans prevented that from happening. Thank the people you vote for.

If they want to get rich, like most people do, of course they will target the U.S. healthcare system, nothing like that exists in their country, that likely explains why a higher percentage of people have affordable coverage there than they do in America.

So how was the care she got? I receive excellent care from my doctors.

You leftists are so simplistic. Design and implement a massive redistribution scheme that has driven costs skyhigh, and then demand Republicans fix it.

The problem is that you people pushed through a scheme that has millions of people getting tons of other people’s money for health insurance, and the only way to fix it is to REDUCE that.

Instead, you scream about ending the EXCESS COVID subsidies! You Democrats won’t allow us to fix it.

A relative had a tear in his stomach. Fire brigade and paramedics got him to hospital, emergency op, blood transfusions, in intense care for 9 days. He made it. Then hospital stay, then home. Ongoing tests to determine reason for tear.

Total bill £0.00

Do yanks believe their dreadful private healthcare system is fantastic? Utterly bizarre.

I have a client who's two kids are in the US and would like to emigrate. One to Chicago and one to Boston. But both parents won't because of the health system. Obviously the two kids don't realise.

Apart from it's shit political system, healthcare is the Achilles Heal of the US.
