'My health insurance is going up to $800 a month with a $15k deductible and that's the CHEAPEST PLAN"

Comments...
1. Thanks, Obama, for absolutely nothing.
2. Health Insurance costs are out of control.
3. There is no solution, Democrat, Republican, or Trumpian
4. The only solution is the free market. The costs have gotten so out of control, and out of the realm of reality, that the suggestion here is to not buy the policy to begin with. This "insurance" doesn't guarantee health, or longevity. We are all going to die regardless.
5. Pay cash instead
6. Think outside the box. Fly to foreign countries for healthcare if needed.

The system has failed, the politicians have failed. We are responsible for ourselves at this stage.

Recall that during the ACA open planning the insurance corporations guaranteed us that getting the millions more insured would lower the cost. Gee they then raised prices and profits. Universal healthcare is the answer. Think of the people we pay the insurance premiums for. Every federal employee, every state employee, every school employee, this amount alone without the alphabet people would pay for universal healthcare

Universal healthcare advantages economy of scale in many respects, but if you are one of the many thousands of American who has lost coverage or are finding its cost prohibited because of Trump's merely blowing gas for many years about his "something terrific!" plan, consider immigrating to Greenland.
"We are going to send a great hospital boat to Greenland to take care
of
the many people who are sick, and not being taken care of there."
(Greenland has a publicly funded healthcare system that provides universal coverage to all residents.)

You're why this country can't have nice things.
We told you this would happen and we were 100% correct... so don't ******* try and switch blame now... No one wanted Obama and Pelosi to mess with healthcare back then.... and they did it anyway and told us we would see what's in it after it becomes law... unbelievable dude that you now blame republicans....

You could of at least tried to be part of the solution, instead you insist on being part of the problem.

You could have at least tried to be part of the solution, instead you insist on being part of the problem.
We must all work to get universal healthcare. This predatory for profit healthcare system will never be a long term solution. Considering we pay for federal employees healthcare, state employees healthcare, city employees healthcare and more it really is enough money for universal healthcare if we eliminate the overhead that is not healthcare

How??? we couldn't even see the damn bill... Pelosi hid it and got it passed... if the people found out what was in that bill it would have never passed... it made insurance companies as rich and powerful as ever...
It sent prices sky high and care dropped.... if you have a hang nail it needs a doctors approval to heal it...
We screwed up and now we are paying for it.... actually you screwed up and now you want to blame us...

There is just too much money being made, the politicians probably get more money from the medical industrial complex than they do any other private interest. Obamacare was the closest we got to lower income people getting affordable coverage but all the credits are expiring and the Republicans are just about ready to kill it, as they were from the very beginning.

Republicans not only contributed nothing, they used every opportunity to sabotage it. Only their voters kept them from killing it.

1) All the credits are not expiring! Are you ignorant, or just lying? Only the COVID extension is expiring, as was always planned.

2) Sure, it gave health insurance to low-income while making it unaffordable to middle-income. We were stuck paying $800 a month for useless plans.

3) We are worse off now than before Obama shoved this monstrosity down our throats. Now nobody but wealthy people can afford to pay for their own insurance!

As Ronnie Raygun once said "There he goes again", only for you, we change it to "she"

I see you couldn’t refute the truth.

All you see is “more free stuff for poor people!” - and tough shit if the middle class now can’t afford it as a result of the giveaway.

No, you don't. The federal government pays for their employees only. Everyone else pays their own way. You are exaggerating a little. My wife and I have Medicare and we paid into that for 40 years. I have VA healthcare because the military broke my body. Which communist healthcare country would you like to emulate?

I'm not good at interpreting babble.

Still can’t refute the truth, I see, so you pull the leftist tactic of insulting the person who points out the damage of leftist policies.

Obamacare caused millions to lose their plan, lose their doctor, and pay more for much worse coverage.

Where is Trump's plan? He mentioned having one before he got elected.

Oops, another lie, has he broken 100,000 false claims yet?

LOL - no, their voters want it dead. Insurance industry lobbyists kept them from repealing ACA.

Obamacare gave affordable health care to millions more, the plan needed Republican support, intervention, involvement, or suggested improvements, but they actively worked against something with the nickname of the man who signed it into law.
