"There is no violence" means NOBODY does; that it doesn't happen, ever.

"There is no God" means "I've looked into it and god does not exist"
"I don't believe in God" means "I've heard the argument, but I reject it".

You can disbelieve all you want, and there is only his word, and whatever video we haven't seen and whatever else is in the police report.

But you cannot declare "it's a hoax".
IF the dude comes out next week and says "I made it all up" ---- THEN you can call hoax.
