ISIS media is claiming the attack. A French police commander and "his partner" (gay???) were slaughtered at their home in suburban Paris in what the French are calling an unquestionable terror attack.

The partner was the man's wife. All reports scrupulously eliminate that word. She is a partner or female companion. She was a wife and the mother of the three year old child that survived.
