Those videos are from January 5th and none of them specifically indicate he advocated any violence. You said he was involved in the rioting, there's none of that here.

He wasn't the only one that had the idea to go to the Capitol. Lots of the Trump supporters were planning on doing so. In fact, there was one or two permitted protests at the Capitol as well.

I'm not defending him. He's a dope. But the conspiracy surrounding this guy is absurd. He didn't do anything that could be prosecuted.

And before you say that he instructed people to go into the Capitol, you need to consider a few things. He never told anyone to be violent. There was no immediacy to his statement, which is required for incitement.
