I'm not so sure about that. It was looked into, legally. I'm not going to attempt to argue Eastman's views. I'm sure it will weigh in at sometime in the future, if anything ever comes of this, other than attempting to fire up the dem base.

Five of the seven "alternate slates" were not presented that way. They were presented as if they were the actual electors.
Many were NOT the electors that were chosen to be potential electors prior to the election as per law.
At least the five states that did not specify that they were presenting alternate slates, used the state seal and were not authorized to do so.
None of these slates were certified by the Governors as required by law.
They were forgeries
