Mueller breaks his silence on Roger Stone

Now knowing the Russian farce was a political tactic and abuse of power by the left,
It wasn't a farce nor was it an abuse of power by the left. When will you cult members stop with these insidious lies and face the facts? The investigation was authorized and supervised by Repubs. It determined Trump obstructed the investigation in four instances, was otherwise uncooperative, that his campaign welcomed the assistance of a foreign adversary, and that it coordinated with Wikileaks over the dissemination of the stolen DNC material.

The man on the left ran a bogus investigation that was already known from day one to be bogus in the first place. He ended up presenting ZERO Prosecution decisions in his final report. Trump remains innocent.
Liar.

He plainly stated he could not indict Don for the instances of obstruction he detailed because of the OLC prohibition on indicting a sitting prez.

All of them. For example, what lie did Stone tell to Congress, that he didn't collude with Russia? Only morons believe he did.
"Congress also investigated and sought information from Stone. A jury later determined he lied repeatedly to members of Congress. He lied about the identity of his intermediary to WikiLeaks. He lied about the existence of written communications with his intermediary. He lied by denying he had communicated with the Trump campaign about the timing of WikiLeaks' releases. He in fact updated senior campaign officials repeatedly about WikiLeaks. And he tampered with a witness, imploring him to stonewall Congress," Mueller writes in the op-ed posted Saturday evening."

That information was provided in the OP. You really need to pull your head out of your ass and read these threads before commenting on them.

It sure as hell was a farce, and it was abuse of power by the left. The investigation was authorized by deep state hacks who hated Trump. If it determined Trump had obstructed the investigation, then it would have recommended an indictment. What crime is "otherwise uncooperative?"

Even if he had "welcomed the assistance of a foriegn adversary," that's not a crime. Hillary paid a foriegn adversary to smear Trump. The claim that Russia is a "foreign adversary" is a worthless opinion. There's no evidence the Trump coordinated anything with Wikileaks. What did he "coordinate?"

Your posts are just collections of Dim talking points. You're a propagandist. Everything you post is a lie.

Clapper lied to Congress. Bremen lied to Congress. Hillary lied to Congress. Strozk lied to Congress. Comey lied to Congress. McCabe lied to Congress.

Why aren't all these scumbags in prison? Where's the outrage?

Nobody tried to overthrow anybody, period. There was not coup, period. you are just into melodrama.
If you ask me, trying to say Trump was a Russian asset, spending millions on a 3 year witch hunt THEN impeaching him with no evidence and by ONE PARTY is an attempted coup. The only melodrama was the crap they obviously tried to convince US to swallow about Trump.

Um, no evidence ... oh yeah, the prosecution was not allowed to show evidence, remember Moscow Mitch did not allow witnesses or documents to be presented to the Senators to protect them; the proceeding was televised live and the American People would have been enlighened as to all of the allegations in the Articles of Impeachment.
Um, the House Clowns got to call every one of their witnesses, and present every page of their evidence.

What you are whining about it is related to the fact that the Senate doesn't conduct the investigation. That was on Schifferbrains.

Your idiots fucked up royally, and you can only cry and whine that the Senate didn't do the job the Constitution requires the House to do.

Stone is still a convicted felon, why are lefties pissing in their wheaties over this?

No one is pissing their pants, bozo. More Americans and people around the world see this as unequal justice. Stone is a seven time felon and minority men who are arrested for lesser crimes end up in prison for decades. The take away from Trump's actions is clear for everyone who has common sense, Trump's talk about equal justice is more bullshit.

Where was your fucking outrage when Obama commuted the sentences of people with life sentences? 1715 compared to Trumps 12.

Why would Mueller suddenly turn to his friends in WAPO? A reasonable assumption is that Mueller knows that Barr is getting close to indictments on the traitors who attempted a political coup and he wants to get out in front of the issue.

You hack, which one of your alleged 1715 with life sentences were friends or employees of Obama who knew where the bodies were buried?

None: Of the acts of clemency, 1715 were commutations (including 504 life sentences) and 212 were pardons. Most individuals granted executive clemency by Obama had been convicted on drug charges, and had received lengthy and sometimes mandatory sentences at the height of the war on drugs.

You and trump have much in common, dishonesty and mendacity.

(CNN) Former special counsel Robert Mueller, in a very rare move, has written an op-ed for The Washington Post defending his office's prosecution of Roger Stone and saying he is still a convicted felon and "rightly so" in light of President Donald Trump's commutation of Stone.

And he tampered with a witness, imploring him to stonewall Congress," Mueller writes in the op-ed posted Saturday evening.

"The jury ultimately convicted Stone of obstruction of a congressional investigation, five counts of making false statements to Congress and tampering with a witness. Because his sentence has been commuted, he will not go to prison. But his conviction stands."

Trump on Friday commuted the prison sentence of his longtime friend, who was convicted of crimes that included lying to Congress in part, prosecutors said, to protect the President. The announcement came just days before Stone was set to report to a federal prison in Georgia.

Stone was convicted in November of seven charges -- including lying to Congress, witness tampering and obstructing a congressional committee proceeding -- as part of Mueller's Russia investigation. Among the things he misled Congress about were his communications with Trump campaign officials -- communications that prosecutors said Stone hid out of his desire to protect Trump.

It's about time! Mueller is one of the most honorable men to ever serve in government. He is truly a great American patriot.

Trump and/or Stone should be forced to "personally" repay all the taxpayer funds wasted on Stone's prosecution. Stone was convicted on all seven counts by a jury - and remains a convicted felon.
I wonder if Andrew Weissman wrote that for him too....He certainly isn't coherent or well versed enough of the material facts in his own preposterous "investigation" to know this much about it.

The man on the left is a great American patriot. The thing on the right is a criminal scumbag.
The man on the left is a vile criminal thug, who allowed men he knew to be innocent to rot and die in prison, in order to protect the violent mobster Whitey Bulger.

The man on the right is a harmless political muckraker and shit stirrer, whose only "crime" was raking muck for Trump.

What you said has already been proven false by the AG and Justice Dept.
For crying out loud you are trying to tell me (the first person who broke the story even before Greg Jarrets book) that spygate and operation revenge and sabotage never happened.
Trump never obstructed anything, you are allowed to "inquire" about your rights to firing Mueller, it's the act of firing or trying to fire with no cause but to obstruct that would be obstruction (like what the left is doing trying to obstruct the Barr /Durham investigation), however even if Mueller was fired it still would have not obstructed the case and would have been within his rights, because MUELLER BROKE THE LAW by not recusing himself being he was friends with Comey=confluct of interest. Furthermore the hiring of Clinton lawyers to investigate her rival was worse then conflicting, it was downright obstructive and invasive (leads to leaks).
Your news source is not gonna educate you on the law nor what happened, and you should be insulted that they use you to parrot their false narrative, because they think you are stupid. Well are you?
Then learn to get your info from Cspan, PBS, and non partisen outlets or both sides and notice the details the left gives you is never full or legitimate=propaganda/spin.

Mueller is a shit bag......as are all the democrat party members who are part of the coup against President Trump...

bill Clinton pardoned his own brother for felony distribution of cocaine. And a key witness in the Whitewater scandal for which he and Hillary Clinton were under investigation. And three others convicted in independent counsel Ken Starr’s probe. And Marc Rich, in what was a straight up political payoff. And his CIA director. And his HUD secretary. And eight people convicted in an investigation of his Agriculture Department.

No surprise there: The Clintons and their supporters then, like Trump and his supporters now, regarded the special-prosecutor probes into the administration as witch hunts.

Clinton also commuted the sentences of convicted terrorists, some of whom hadn’t even asked for clemency. Shameless as he was, though, even he couldn’t bring himself to pardon Oscar Lopez Rivera, the defiantly unrepentant FALN leader.

President Obama took care of that.

Obama also commuted the sentence of a U.S. soldier who passed top-secret information to WikiLeaks. He pardoned his former Joint Chiefs of Staff vice chairman, who’d been convicted of making false statements about a leak of classified information to the New York Times. And when he couldn’t get Congress to amend federal drug laws the way he wanted them amended, Obama used the pardon power to slash hundreds of sentences, under an executive initiative later sharply criticized by the Obama-appointed DOJ inspector general.

That doesn’t even account for the Obama administration’s penchant for making sure things never got to the pardon stage by distorting the law to give Hillary Clinton — the same Hillary Clinton who was nearly indicted in the aforementioned Clinton-era scheme — a pass, asserting executive privilege to obstruct the Fast and Furious investigation (for which Obama’s attorney general was held in contempt of Congress), ignoring his CIA director’s spying on the Senate Intelligence Committee, and turning a blind eye to the abuses of power and obstructions attendant to the scandal that engulfed his IRS.

So, as abuses of the pardon power go — and they do go — I can’t get too whipped up over President Trump’s commutation of Roger Stone’s 40-month sentence for non-violent criminal obstruction of a bogusly based and ridiculously over-prosecuted investigation.

Mueller is one of the few long term Republicans who is worthy of respect as a conscientious American, instead of a party tool.

Yeah he who didn't produce a single Prosecution decision in the Mueller report, meaning Trump remains innocent.

Opinions vary.

Your ignorance of the Special Prosecutor law is obvious here.

He was supposed to provide Prosecution or Declination decision, one or the other was REQUIRED in the final report. He provided three declinations on the Russian collusion claim in Section ! of his report, exonerating Trump.

The second section he didn't post any declarative decision at all, thus it was left up to Barr and a his deputy to decide there was insufficient evidence that he obstructed.

"Opinions" are NOT found in the Mueller report. You should stop embarrassing yourself here.
He was never Special Prosecutor. His job was to investigate and write the report. He did, plus he turned over a lot of evidence to Trump's justice department for prosecution, which they did. He got paid. He retired. Tough shit for you. You do know the special prosecutor statute went away a long time ago, not even sure when. Independent council statute went away in 1999.

I have not reported you yet, but very well might. How serious are you about threatening the VP? If anything happens to him or an attempt is made, I will definitely make sure, they are made aware, as is my duty. But you actually just seem like a dumb ass with low impulse control at the keyboard. Kind of doubt you have the skills or planning ability, based on your writings.
"Biden acknowledges he might die in office: 'I'm an old guy'"

"Joe Biden said that his vice president needs to be capable of being president because he is so old."

Biden acknowledges he might die in office: 'I'm an old guy'

"But for me, it has to be demonstrated that whoever I pick is two things: One, is capable of [being] president because I'm an old guy," Biden said as some in the crowd laughed. "No, I'm serious. Look, I thank God I'm in great health. I work out. No, I'm serious. You know, I work out every morning. I'm in good shape — knock on wood, as my mother would say."

Not even Biden thinks he's gonna go the distance. What a Dufus.
That is "in office". You said he would never be president because he was going to die soon. I don't know where you got that knowledge. Are you part of an assassination plot? You need to watch what you type, kid.

You are correct, it was Special Counsel (but it was formerly called Special Prosecutor), but he did have the legal power to post Prosecution decisions, which I pointed out over and over last year, but get ignored even when I posted the Special Counsel powers of office where I showed he MUST post either a Prosecution charge of a Declination charge.

(c) Closing documentation. At the conclusion of the Special Counsel's work, he or she shall provide the Attorney General with a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by the Special Counsel.
