A very good spiritual movie and it is a true story. Great acting too.

I always liked "The Deliberate Stranger" film about Ted Bundy

Mark Harmon played Ted Bundy too good. He didn't work for years.
That's a shame because Harmon missed acting in the best years of his life and he's a great actor.
Ted escaped from jails and the police many a time.
Public Enemy #1 for a while. Was he The Disco Killer? Or was that separate?

Mark Harmon played Ted Bundy too good. He didn't work for years.

He did two movies in 1986, the year Deliberate Stranger aired on television, then two more in '87 plus four episodes of Moonlighting, two more in '88, two more in '89. He skipped two years then had six movies released in 1991 and starred in a TV series for three years. There is nothing in his work history that would indicate his career suffered for his portrayal of Ted Bundy.

I don't go out of my way on serial killers much, blechy.
But the disco murders were happening every week.
I read about Bundy cuz he kept escaping the law.

Since he was a homegrown boy, our news followed every step.


I read 'The Stranger Beside Me' by Anne Rule........she worked with Bundy at the crisis hotline and knew him personally and didn't realize what he was, until much later.

I liked her writing style, then got hooked on reading her books........all about different serial killers.


Then I was cured of that nonsense after watching Silence of the Lambs and Se7en
