More Effective Punishment for Terrorists?

Why not confine them in pig pens and feed their bodies to the hogs? (If necessary, we should first strip them of U.S. citizenship in order to avoid the Constitutional prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment.) Is there any reason why this should offend peaceful Muslims?

Yes we can. Current law, which strips citizenship from joining military forces fighting against the U.S. could easily be amended to include those who engage in acts of terrorism:
