Some highly selective universities have shown dramatic increases in the percentages of African-American students who graduate from their campuses.

The tax cuts have left more money int he pockets of the people - so they can [ay for college

Are you saying college should be paid for by the taxpayers?

Remember, most of the colleges are run by liberals and the profesors are overwhelming liberal as well

Doubt it. However on point.... Both Bush Presidents appointed more women and more minorities to public office than any democrat has ever done. And the result? That's actually a point that 'briefs well' - but ANY student of the economy worth his/her salt knows LOWER tax rates generate MORE money for the government.

People have MORE to spend when libs/dems aren't bleeding them dry to give MORE money to lazy inner-city folk too in-love with their condition to improve it.

Yeah right with nearly flat effective wages for years now. Not income mind you but wages. the income stuff comes into play with the upper middle calss. the lower income types do not have investments and live from check to check.

That is simply not true. Professional and well regarded economists argue frequently about whether tax cuts (more specifically, what tax cuts, to whom and when) result in an increase in government revenue.
