The government is going to clean up crack houses by educating the crack addicts on keeping a clean house. You can't make this up.
I don't know but it seems that many addictions could be better addressed if the assult on the most natural state of the mind was not constantly under attack by things that are aiding the posionous effects of the chosen influence.
