1. That's what CNN/MSNBC tell you. Funny, we dont hear that from his "press people:,Uhhh... yeah... sure... that's why his press people spent half their time batting clean-up on his overnight train wrecks.
You had sixty-two (62) chances in courts... often before GOP and Trump-appointed judges... and you got laughed out of court.
Bull$hit... he and Bannon and others issued the call days before... then whipped 'em up... aimed 'em... then set 'em in motion.
Clearly unmistakable innuendo on his part and the more explicit words of his proxies and cronies were enough to accuse.
Insurrection can be difficult to prove at-law but that does not preclude the use of the term... charges or no...
Vast numbers of Confederates were never CHARGED with Insurrection and yet they PARTICIPATED in one...
They do all they can within the law to try to prevent that ignorant, arrogant autocrat-in-the-making from regaining power.
By whom? I'm not the one spouting MAGAtt Talking Points and trying to "run cover" for your Orange Baboon-God.
2. Almost zero Trump appointed judges. Gotte stop watching CNN. And all the judges declined to examine the evidece. It was never looked at. CNN "forgot" ?
3, "whipped 'em up... aimed 'em" huh ? Wow that one must hav come from MSNBC. HA HA HA. These are adults writing this stuff folks. At least we think they are.
4. What was stated was stated "clearly" was
"march down to the capitol, PEACEFULLY & PATRIOTICALLY and make YOUR VOICES heard."
5. You are free to use the word insurrection, silly as it may be, and we all can use it when leftists occupy and/or burn down government buildings, as occured in 2020, repeatedly.
6, Some people were charged who never even set foot inside the capitol building. Looks like the plan was to round up as many Trump supporters as they could.
7. Programmed by all those who engage in leftwing programming. The left media, universities, think tanks, some people in this forum.
