No, no fault divorce just gave the man or woman responsible for ending the marriage a way out without penalty. A woman can cheat on her husband, and he still has to support her after the divorce for years and sometime decades. No fault only benefits women because men are penalized no matter who causes the divorce.

End of life decisions for one. That's one of the reasons the LGTBQ community was adamant about equal marriage. They were being denied access to their partners under the notion that they weren't married couples.

Divorce enables one freedom from. Unhappiness. That's why it's so important to consider it when unhappy.

If no children? Perhaps.

With children? unless you're in some abusive situation, you're obligated to make the marriage work. If you don't, you'd be selfishly putting yourself over your children. We know the data. Split homes and single parent homes cause more crime, drugs, depression, suicide, etc.

Just being "unhappy" is not a sufficient reason to get a divorce. That sounds like toddler logic IMO

I do agree that the majority of women under 35 overvalue what they have to offer to male 9 and 10s.

Men who are 9s and 10s will have sex to have... sex with female 5 and 6s to have... sex, with no interest in marriage.

The problem is, the data that we're seeing on the most common form of attempts of dating, dating apps, is revealing...

Basically, 80% of women are chasing like 15% of men. Women "swipe right" (reject) like 90+% of men, while men are significantly lower. Women view most men as "average", and women think dating an "average" man is "settling". There's a very toxic, warped mindset in modern American women these days, but it's not surprising given that women are encouraged to become masculine and aggressive, which turns men off/away. That's why the "passport bros" movement has picked up steam, where successful men are going overseas to seek marriage because American women are generally too much of a headache, too disagreeable, and constantly trying to buck their man rather than appease him.
