So continuing with the Constitutional Saga of Multiple Minority Positions all in place at once: There are now reports that the Second Ditch Senate Repeal and Delay vote is already GOP stalled.

Senate GOP lacks votes for Obamacare repeal

The White House got elected on behalf of a minority position, without an electoral plurality. The Majority Partisans in the two federal legislatures have been unable to come to agreement on an ACA replacement. Now the reports are the that the two federal legislatures have no further vote capability planned at all on ACA

The Minority in both federal legislatures can claim that their ACA is now so well "Liked" by the public, and that in effect their Minority status has created an entitlement which they were unable to create as a Majority. The Majority in the federal legislatures have left the program intact, making it more popular in the absence of any alternatives.

Anyone recalls that the original Abe Lincoln concept of federal health care was a military field hospital tent, without supplies: Virtually certain death for nearly three quarter million White Male Adults in America.

Things are better, now: And including since the Majority has become the Minority: Such that the Minority position could become popular, Majority favored program.
