They defunded the police. The police left. They aren't hiring any police. The Minneapolis police are still not funded. The city is paying for other officers from elsewhere. They find ways of keeping their word.

The hometown cops are too corrupt in Minneapolis, and they've been running a "heavy district" of forcible prostitution, drugs, and alcohol straight from the pulpit at local churches. It's a cop-calling whore's church, and you don't want to go there or attend that sort of sermon.

Are you new here? Believe me. You don't want to be an "outside police officer" in Minneapolis in this day and age, unless you're on their side of the law, furnishing alcohol to minors, procuring minors to adults for immoral purposes, etc., etc.
