Plessy v. Ferguson, 163 U.S. 537 (1896).​

That idiot opinion declared the legal doctrine that our Constitution permitted the concept of “separate but equal.”

Now, because a “Justice of our Supreme Court” wrote it, your reliance on fallacy would have us all just meekly accept that idiotic legal determination.
