John & Mary Sisk Family: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

John and Mary Sisk, the parents shot to death with their three young children in Elkmont, Alabama, were a car dealer tech known as “Dub Diesel” and a middle school special education teacher. Authorities say the family was slain by a 14-year-old boy who was John’s son and Mary’s stepson.

The suspect accused of killing all five family members – including an infant – has not yet been identified by authorities because of his young age.

So a 14 year old boy kills his parents and sibs and it doesnt raise a ripple because gun slaughter is an every day thing in the crazy US.

Pop was banned from owning a gun but this doesnt seem to be a problem because nobody checks if that is being enforced.

Should the authorities go around and check if these people actually have guns ?

Ah... Sweet home Alabama... The kid found out that his "mother" wasnt his mother after all. He didnt take it too well...

Poor cucked Tommy cannot grasp the concept of the US Constitution that in this case guarantees the right of citizens to be secure in their persons, and property. As such warrantless random searches of people and property "just to check for compliance" are completely illegal.

People who are not allowed to own guns should have their homes searched .There has to be accountability or the law is pointless.

When is the last time your flat was searched for rockets, and bomb making materials?

Not possible in most places because we license or register gun owners not the guns themselves in most places. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts knows I have a license. They have no idea how many of what type of gun I own, if any.

The last time thst was tried here, several hundred British Redcoats were killed or wounded in Lexi grin and Concord MA back in 1775. The British Empire would never be the same afterward. Oh, and it didn’t work.

Alabama 11-year-old shoots suspected home invader

The 11-year-old boy from Talladega, Ala., told NBC affiliate WVTM-TV that he was scared, so he grabbed a knife and steadied himself.

Chris said that a man appeared on the stairwell, but when confronted, he ran back up upstairs. When the man reappeared moments later, the boy told WVTM-TV, the individual was holding a gun.

"When he was coming down the stairs, that's when he told me he was going to kill me, [expletive] you and all that," Chris said.

Instead of running, Chris told the station, he upgraded his weaponry, picking up a 9mm handgun that was in the home.

14-year-old girl fires gun to save sisters from intruder

A 14-year-old girl fired a 9mm pistol at someone looking to break into her home, according to the Lawrence County Constable Association and confirmed by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
On Sunday, two men in a white sedan pulled up to a home in Blaine. One got out of the car and repeatedly tried to gain entry by trying to kick in the doors.

Inside the home were three teenage girls, who responded by calling 911. They were home alone at the time, with their father at work and their mother at the store.

At one point, the man who was trying to break in circled around to the backyard and was prepared to bust open a window with a shovel.

When this was about to happen, the man and his driver began to start arguing. During that argument, the youngest of the teenage girls in the home, only 14 years old, had found and loaded the 9mm pistol.

Once she noticed the argument between the man with the shovel and the driver, she fired the gun in their general direction and they left.

2: A 14-year-old boy in North Carolina protected himself and his grandmother when an intruder broke into their home in December 2014. The boy’s father had been killed in 2008 by a robbery homicide, but when a man tried to break into the house this time, the boy grabbed his grandparents’ shotgun and fatally shot the home invader three times.

“I said who is it and he wouldn’t stop,” the teen can be heard saying on the 9-1-1 call. ““He broke my grandma’s window so I shot three times.”

The house had been robbed twice in the previous month.

“What would have happened if he wasn’t there?” the boy’s grandmother told WBTV.

3: An 11-year-old girl in Lapeer County, Mich. was home alone in January of last year when two intruders broke into her home. The girl hid in the closet and took her shotgun with her, MLive reports. When the criminals opened the closet door, all she had to do was point the shotgun straight ahead. The suspects fled and the girl was unharmed. Police arrested a man and a woman later that day.

“I pointed it in his face and they ran off as soon as I did,” the girl told WEYI.

4: A 15-year-old boy in Butler County, Ohio used his firearm to help stop a criminal on the loose in October 2014. Police had arrested a burglar, but the criminal escaped and broke into the house of the 15-year-old boy, who was home alone. The boy noticed the intruder had a knife on him, but he grabbed a gun, pointed it at the criminal, and ordered him to leave. The man fled only to caught by police just outside the home.

“I feel pretty good about it that I could have saved other people’s houses and their property,” the teen told 14News.

5: In September 2014, an 11-year-old Oklahoma girl awoke around 4 a.m. to find that a man had broken into her home and stabbed her mother. The girl grabbed a handgun and shot the man twice, saving her mother’s life. The mother said she had just taught the daughter how to use the gun for self-defense the week before.

Shit happens. You wouldn't ban food because someone threw some poison in a pudding would you? You Brits got it all wrong. That's why you have third world baboons running around stabbing everybody...yet you blame the knives.

Nice to know you feel that rights should be violated just so totalitarian rule can win. Bet you would have been excited to have been the head of a Nazi concentration camp. Probably have been over by the gas ovens taking in all the smells and getting sexually excited.

Tommy...we all know you want a blanket ban on guns so by your logic literally everyone should have their houses searched.

That's not the way it works here. There has to be probable cause to search a person's home and simply being barred from owning a firearm is not it. Probable cause comes into play if it is reported or otherwise suspected that the person has firearms in his possession. Otherwise, the authorities are theoretically able to search everyone's home to see if they have, say, bombs or bomb making materials because no one is allowed to possess a bomb.
