Actually, it was perfectly fitting, and my genuine reaction to your post. I've done enough research to know that you've been duped by industry-funded "studies" that go against the scientific consensus over a very long period of time.

I mean, to me this is not even worth arguing over. If you actually think steak and eggs is the healthiest meal, get back to us in 10-20 years from now, and it's very likely you'll either have heart disease or cancer, if you haven't yet died of a heart attack.
I've done the research. The American Diet as outlined by the FDA is the single worst diet a human can eat. Don't even get Me started on the American Diabetes Association. Their dietary recommendations are the exact diet you want to eat if you WANT diabetes.

This is the health study I like best. I check all but the last box (my genetic stock isn't that strong). I've basically outlived everyone in my family and extended family with a few exceptions.

Characteristics of the most healthy people include123:

  • High levels of happiness, life satisfaction, and optimism
  • Good self-control
  • Low aggression, hostility, and anger
  • Less antisocial behavior
  • Openness to feelings, warmth, positivity, and straightforwardness
  • Forward-thinking mindset
  • Attentive to physical, emotional, and spiritual health
  • Community-oriented
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Have strong genetic stock
