Maybe RFK Jr. is In The Wrong For Trying to Get Americans Healthy

A far bigger problem than weight (this is only an issue because theoretically, thinner-healthier people would save INSURANCE COMPANIES MONEY, is our
national mental health, and democrats appear beyond help in that regard. Mental health is NOT an issue because being stupid crazy MAKES insurance companies MONEY!

It is always about the money.

Lefties care an awful lot about control until somebody is trying to control them.

Michelle Obama had the same concerns about the health of Americans

Conservatives roasted her and told her to mind her own business
Michelle wanted to force feed her idea of health instead of,
1. Educating herself about health.
2. Passing valid knowledge on.

Children need to be taught from a very young age what a proper, nurturing, diet consists of. It has to begin before school starts and it has to start with the truth from our government that their food pyramid is the worst thing they could have ever done to the citizenry.

For all the current generations, the change begins with a dismantling of the American diet and education for young people and young adults who do not yet have children.

The very same campaign that government and industry ran to get people to start eating that low fat, fucking healthy heart nonsense that made us fat.

You don't do it with fucking school lunch programs.
Curious. Medical researchers scour the world examining populations that don't have western diseases, to see what they eat and other lifestyle habits. So far all we have to show for it is the "Mediterranean Diet". I suggest researching Americans that are slim, fit, and healthy. Maybe there's some useful information there.

I would start with nutritional evidence and proof of diets that reverse metabolic syndrome and cure type II diabetes.

I mean he most definitely has good intentions but some Americans apparently just don't want to be helped. For example, I do believe that this person is WAY beyond help. The option for healthier food choices should always be there but you know that old saying. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink it.

funny how when Obama's wife wanted to do it, the right were in uproar. Now it's a Trump dude they're like "maybe we shouldn't do this"

Those begin mostly in those age 50 and above. About the time people greatly reduce physical activity and exercise. General fitness declines and weight increases; a bad combination. I think diet is less important than other habits, especially drinking alcohol and smoking. As I suggested earlier, we should take lessons from those who are healthy.

No, she wanted to dictate school lunches. Her changes were a total disaster, which is why she was roasted.
I don't remember it that way.
I remember Reagan claiming ketchup was a vegetable so that school lunches could be terrible nutrition, but cheap.
I think Michael was totally correct.

Yes you do.
Historically once we had firearms, hunting was easier than farming, but very unhealthy to eat that much meat.
We biologically are much better off with more of a herbivore diet to be healthy.
Then industry screwed it up even more with sugars like corn syrup in everything.
So school lunch is the perfect place to start.

Obesity is starting younger all the time, and good nutrition habits have to start young.

Active kids need lots of food, for energy and growth.
