Matteo Mancuso

Imagine having to continually live up to the pressure of being the 'greatest' of something, particularly in a field of so many diverse guitarists like he is , at a relatively young age.

Say one of the greatest , but c'mon. ...Guthrie Govan, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, Andy James, Marco Sfogli, Al DiMeola, whoever you want to name.....not to mention Page, Clapton, Beck ,Hendrix, Blackmore, Eddie and Randy .......

Matteo may have the most efficient picking techniques.....very much like Billy Sheehan plays bass with his fingertips - a lot of 3 note per string arpeggio patterns mixed with legatos - but using his nails.

So he can play Al DiMeola John Petrucci or Paul Gilbert style alternate picking using classical -style right hand finger picking....same with sweep picking seemingly effortless.
