First, I’m not saying that blacks and/or gays are never the best qualified, but statistics show they are not likely to be In the vast majority of cases.

But when you’ve hired someone for blackness or gayness, despite their obvious incompetence for the job, it becomes near impossible to get rid of them. They are a “protected” class, and thus you are stuck with complete failures.

Karime Jean Pierre is a prime example. She can’t answer questions or think on her feet - and continues to read answers from her book. But because she is a Democrat trifecta - blackness, gayness, and immigrantness - she can’t be fired.

We need to prioritize merit over all over factors.

People with math, engineering, astrophysics and such degrees and competence in using the information put us on the moon and brought us back. Again the the black person who strives for education and excellence in what he/she does can compete with anybody. And just like everybody else they merit anything they get.

Almost no help from our parents. We lived paycheck to paycheck for some time, occasionally if we had unusual expenses we had to hock something to get to the end of the week. There was no government welfare and we didn't expect the government or anybody else to help us.

But we worked, gained references, experience, skills and despite occasional setback improved our situation considerably. We managed to make a pretty darn good life for ourselves and our kids, live a comfortable life, and managed to be able to give something to charity along the way. And you can be damn sure we worked for and earned it. Nobody gave it to us.

In 1964--60 YEARS AGO-The civil right act did away with the last of the stupid Jim Crow laws and legal/institutional racism and all people now have the same opportunity to start with nothing and work and MERIT a good life. Those willing to do that, despite skin color or ethnicity etc., can compete with anybody even with high standards in place.

The government short circuits appreciation for competence, capability, excellence however when it makes that skin color or gender or sexual/gender orientation the most important criteria in hiring and/or lowers standards/gives preference to the less capable, qualified, and/or motivated.

Then you have people like KJP in jobs they are in no way competent or qualified to do. And all that accomplishes other than diminished efficiency and competence is to make others wonder if other black people didn't get their jobs/positions due to their skin color rather than merit and to further negative impressions of black/female/gay people.
