Mass Shooting in Boise....Madness.

Name a culture.
England.
Also, be sure to include cultures that have random machete attacks, driving cars into people, and bombings. Back to our culture, how do you explain no shoot ups of innocent people (eg school shootings) from 1500 to 1965 and yet over the past 55 years we are replete with them?
Nice attempt to move the goal posts...

Here is what you wrote and what I responded to:

Given the events of this week, Hollywood’s glorification of gun violence is the problem. This Country in some shape and form is 600 years old and replete with guns. Had not had a problem until 1965 to the present.

You specifically mentioned gun violence. So I'm not going to worry about the red herrings about car violence and machetes. Nice try though....

Now that I've dispensed with the attempt to obscure the focus....lets get back on topic; shall we?

England spawned, among many many others...James Bond....pretty much one of the most gun-laden movie franchises that does, in fact stretch back to the 1960's. So, again, please explain why Hollywood movies are to blame when, in fact, the other cultures have seen the same films that we do (and some that are much more graphic by the way) and they don't have the routine mass shootings that we have.

this is part of the war on cops

No ... It's part of a plan to use a Deep State agency { with many undercover
Informants } to play politics. This was actually expected.I mean, within less that a week of
the Alec Baldwin Gun death on a movie set.
Just as the Faked Gretchen Whitmer plot to have her kidnapped.
It was helped along and Inspired by Undercover FBI Informants.
But not before it was made Political, especially by the Governor.
I find it odd that certain shootings are done by whacko's.Like in
The Aurora Theatres by a kid { James Holmes going by The Joker },He was under
treatment by some Government Shrink. After that mysterious shooting where
the Joker was not nabbed but ended up in the back seat of a Cop Cruiser.
Untouched. His apartment taped off and ransacked. The better to control
any narrative as to what was on that computer.
Spendiing the rest of his days much nuttier than any Charles Manson.
Highly drugged. The better to never find out what happened at Aurora.
Same kind of thing with the Whacked out shooter Jared Lee Loughner.
Who shot and nearly permanently disabled a Congresswoman.
Gabby Giffords who was an NRA member and used weapons like
an AR-15 in target practice. In was no coincidence that Nancy Pelosi
and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz rushed to her bedside for comfort.
Also to conjure about narratives to help take down Gun Owners and the NRA.

I fault the police.

We need less police, but any spike in crime as a result of less cops is their fault.

Point taken on the focus at hand, gun violence. Yet while you called me out on moving goal posts, you keep glossing over or outright ignoring the fact that the random shootings you site have really only taken shape over the last 50 years in a culture that is almost 600 years old. What changed? What was the cause of the shift? Prior to that, guns were always a part of the culture.

How many Hollywood movies pre-1965 had the level of gun violence we have today?

You people demonize cops for years on end, and then pretend to be surprised when this happens. It's your fault.
I heard this morning on Mike Gallagher Talk Radio that Minnesota Rep. { Rashida Tlaib }
was speaking loudly { no need to carry a stick } about Violence and whose fault.
Surely not her prized Democrats. When she repeatedly called for Defunding Police
Departments for Minnesotans.
Less Police make for more Crime ... Not less.
Plus Crime often involves Violence.

Excellent point. That needs to be researched. It could be the way Politics
became Radicalized in the 60's.That is also when Protests became standard.
The same basic players also headed narratives such as - Occupy Wall Street -.
Like the disgusting* Female who teaches how to Protest.
Using simple short phrases,in repitition.

Don't know, don't care.

If you're going to blame the movies...fine. But please tell us why the US is the only nation on earth that has these routine mass shootings?

The answer can be found in the topic that by your own words, you don’t know nor do you care.

We have a population of people in this country for whom violence is an acceptable form of expression. Look at all the cities in the US, virtually ALL run by people like you, where the slaughter goes on 24/7/365.
They would not be any different is run by republicans. Crime is no different in the cities than rural areas, there's a lot more people in the cities.

Possibly video games, too. I love video games, I play shoot-em-ups every day, but I do think they get me thinking in terms of violence. I don't think they should be banned or regulated on that account! Maybe it's just a way to fantasize about something and not do it, like some say porn is. Fewer rapes, because these type of men can do porn. Worth thought.

I'm not in favor of stopping movies or games, I'm just not blind to what is going on. Like Facebook allowing wars to be organized more often --- that was obvious during the first of the Arab Spring, what, Facebook is now just pretending they noticed?? We can't be blind to big societal changes; or at least, we shouldn't, though we try to be.

I’m not against Hollywood and media producing movies and games with gun violence. What I am doing is exposing the hypocrisy of the elite liberals who run Hollywood and game development companies making money off gun violence while enjoying the protection of guns either directly or by proxy and then losing their shit over a man in the South or Midwest owning a gun over concern about gun violence.

Do conservative even care about the warmth of a body....it's all about thoughts and prayers for the gun.

Please tell me that some conservative is currently caring for it.
You're onto something important. They're touching their guns in places that make the guns feel uncomfortable. The guns then react in the same way as those abused by pedophiles as they become hurt and broken for the rest of their gunlives.

It has nothing to do with movies. It’s rampant liberalism. Destroying the family unit causes kids to grow up defective, and mentally unstable, and leads to crime and violence. Just look at the black community, highest single motherhood rates and highest crime rates. And that all only started after blacks embraced Democrats in the 1920’s.
