This goes to show how secure cops feel in setting someone up even while they are being recorded.

It's clear the officer opens the bottle and then claims she found the empty bottle in the car. Even after admitting she poured it out (and lying about why) they are still trying to charge him using that as evidence.

If you read your own link, you would know that the officers were exonerated in court for "murder", and the officer was angry at the deceased for biting the cop, not because he was driving an expensive automobile.
