There is no such thing as being "compromised," by the right or left.
If you believe in allowing the voice of the people, and that the CITIZENS are the sovereign, not ruling elites, you abide by whatever they vote for their leaders.
There is only the will of the people.
I did not see anywhere in this analysis that North Korea is involved in astroturfing anything.

OTH? There are many systems used by political scientists that have much more credibility.
The traditional scale of left/right indicates supporters of the King of France on the right (generally conservatives, folks that believe in the military, church and other societal institutions,) and those on the left, (Folks that endorse enlightenment principles.)
