Wouldn't have a problem with it. I think an amendment is heavy handed, but I wouldn't oppose it.

It doesn't matter what the Constitution says. The courts have already taken the Equal Protection Clause and distorted it to say that it mandates same-sex marriage. We might as well tear up the Constitution because liberals don't care what is actually written on that document. Like abortion, where's that in the Constitution? It's not there, but that didn't stop the courts from saying it was there.
