Original margarine was made out of beef tallow and milk

But there is some plantbased butter that I like and use once in a while.

That's the stuff. Kerrygold is European style butter. Cultured butter.

I make cultured butter at home.

Me too, but lately I've been avoiding both also.

And speaking of grass fed, l was surprised to read that the US imports this beef from far flung countries, when surely it has enough pasture land of its own.
