Lets say China nukes North Korea off the face of the earth. Lets say Xi gets sick of Kim one day and order the entire country of North Korea blown off the face of the earth as he is tired of seeing how fucked the country bordering his clearly is. Tired of seeing a cult that is so backwards. Xi is a forward thinking man that finds this offensive.

At 4pm he orders every city and military base blown clear off the face of the earth. Once it is done he goes on t.v to address the world that a great cancer is gone and that the earth is now better off.
