They actually play defense and play with effort in college.

NBA is a terrible product. Nothing but three after three, no defense and minimal effort.

The standard of play in college is lower than the G league. NBA players are head and shoulders above college players in athleticism. People say college players play harder than NBA players, but that’s just not true. Do your self a favor watch a college game and watch an NBA and then tell me what you were more impressed with.

I have. NBA is boooooring. I dont care how good they are in small bursts throughout the year. Its academic anyway... I gave up all sports last night at 9:45 pm when the Gators shit the bed against Iowa with a compelling last second heroic 3 pointer that meant everything from some kid from Iowa... something you rarely if ever see in the NBA.

Never liked NBA because of the stupid shot clock and no zone defense rule. Was like a boring game of pong. Up and down the court incessantly. I liked lots of the players but the game was dull.
College ball was much better because teams could take time to score or constantly run. A choice and strategy. Then college completely sold out by ruining the entire regular season by expanding the tournament field. Season was pointless until mid-March when it should be over by then. Then they added a shot clock and 3-point line in 1986. That was the beginning of the end. Then they allowed side-of-the-ball dribbling (traveling) and ‘backing down’ a defender which is nothing but an offensive foul. All to enhance scoring.
