The Confederate Flag is a symbol of rebellion vs a way overpowered government. And it has a cool design. Stop with the it's a symbol of racism and anti Americanism.

Southerners celebrate a time when they abandoned the United States and use it as a warning they will do it again. It reflects a disloyalty to our country.

They also use the flag as a warning to blacks that we could return to a time of slavery.

How much is yet to be determined I'm sure. When President Trump gets elected to his 2nd term and completes the wall, The full cost will be acertained and the the toll will be calculated to amortize that cost over an appropriate number of years based on traffic flow across the border. That's how an intelligent businessman runs the country.
