My experience with feminism is that they don't tell women what they SHOULD want. It does tell them that society shouldn't limit them based on gender. You know who tells women what they SHOULD want? Conservatism.

Not really. We saw a dramatic shift in voting patterns of young men towards Trump and this appeal is based on a traditional view of masculinity.

It doesn’t work as a general statement because Monday to Friday 9-5 jobs are not the norm for most people.

Retail and restaurants, bars and clubs, hotels and transportation would all go out of business if they tried to operate only on weekdays.

Cops, firemen and nurses. And not just ER nurses. What about the rest of the hospital? Nursing homes? All these places need housekeeping, kitchen staff, etc 7 days a week

Thinking that most workers could have jobs with no weekends shows that you have difficulty seeing the world beyond what your own narrow life experience has shown you
