No, it's what serious politicians do when they leave one walk of life; they look for and offer their services to contribute to the greater good in other arenas. Such as Sam Mitchell (Mitchel Report), Alan Simpson (Simpson Bowles), Thomas Kean/Lee Hamilton (9/11 Commission). These people didn't try to cash in and make a quick buck with a reality series that did little to promote anything other than themselves.
