Looking BAD ABNORMALS! Majority of Americans now say they approve of Trump's handling of coronavirus

18,000 people died of the Swine flu,

out of how many cases you lying moron.

where are you getting your data

pandemic mortality rates (percentage of people who died from the disease globally). 2009 H1N1 0.001 to 0.007%

Do you have a source showing Swine Flu had a pandemic mortality rate higher than 0.004%

If not quit lying.
Should you show this fool up Britpat or should I?....

Should you show this fool up Britpat or should I?....

BRING IT ON. I can handle more than one lying idiot.

your fellow liar just posted this;

the death rate for the Wuhan flue is 1.0 %, and if we devide by 7 due to all the cases that aren't reported, the death rate is 0.14%,

Your lying idiot pal runs some bogus numbers with a conclusion that Wuhan flue has a death rate is 0.14%

2009 H1N1 death rate is .004%

Your idiot lying pal says;

the death rate is 0.14%, which is almost the same as the Swine flu.

2009 H1N1 death rate is .004%.

There is no evidence that this virus will get anywhere near as bad as the Swine flu.

Tell me if the known 2009 H1N1 death rate of .004% is better or worse than your lying pals’ bogus calculation that the Wuhan flue has a death rate is 0.14%.

Do do you agree with your lying idiot fool that there is no evidence that the Wuhan virus will get anywhere near as bad as the Swine flu.

That “anywhere near as bad” claim is the original lie and with a subsequent post that provided evidence by his own calculation that the Wuhan Flu is “already worse” than the 2009 Swine Flu,

pandemic mortality rates (percentage of people who died from the disease globally)

USA COVID-19 — 0.01%

2009 H1N1 — 0.001 to 0.007%

1968 H3N2 — 0.03%

1918 H1N1 — 1 to 3%

COVID-19 Wuhan China — 1.4%

COVID-19 Italy — 8.6%

Wrong, moron. There is no evidence that this virus will get anywhere near as bad as the Swine flu.

It’s already worse you completely idiotic lying TrumpO hypnotized disgusting moron.

Here are the numbers:

The CDC also points out that although the 2009 flu pandemic mostly affected children and young and middle-aged adults, the global impact was less severe than earlier pandemics. For example, previous pandemic mortality rates (percentage of people who died from the disease globally) were:

• 2009 H1N1 pandemic — 0.001 to 0.007% of the world’s population

• 1968 H3N2 pandemic — 0.03% of the world’s population

• 1918 H1N1 pandemic — 1 to 3% of the world’s population

It’s early in the COVID-19 pandemic to really get an accurate sense of the fatality rate. One estimate by a group of infectious disease experts cites 1.4% in people who have symptoms. This is largely based on the city of Wuhan, China, where the pandemic originated. “
If you have data disputing these numbers let’s see it.

United States Coronavirus: 38,167 Cases and 396 Deaths - Worldometer

View attachment 314111

38167 H1N1 cases time 0.004% = 152 deaths.

And we have not overly strained the health care system yet.
In 2 weeks we'll be like Italy dumbass. In many ways thanks to the orange clown and brainwashed functional morons like you.

It is estimated that 0.001 percent to 0.007 percent of the world’s population died of respiratory complications associated with (H1N1)pdm09 virus infection during the first 12 months the virus circulated.

Horseshit. I don't know where you're getting that 0.004% figure, but it's horseshit

H1N1 Influenza (Swine Flu) - StatPearls - NCBI Bookshelf
Remember the Last Global Pandemic? Probably Not

That doesn’t seem fair, given that H1N1 did infect as much as 24% of the world’s population. The overall fatality rate was quite low, at about 0.02% of estimated cases

I've been researching the issue, and the numbers are all over the place. 13,000 is the lowest number I've found for the number of deaths in the United States out of 60,000,000 cases, which comes to a death rate of 0.02%

yes I did., but I did NOT lie. A simple mistake. BriPat lied when he wrote The death rate for the Swine flu is 0.1%”

It’s 0.02.

Comparison with other viruses

For comparison, the case fatality rate with seasonal flu in the United States is less than 0.1% (1 death per every 1,000 cases).

Mortality rate for SARS was 10%, and for MERS 34%.

Empathy? Tell that to the families of the `8,000+ that died from his virus.

American hospitals had plenty of ventilators to handle the very mild 2009 H1N1 Pandemic. People die of influenza every season. Only racist families would blame Biden and Obama if a family member died from the flu when Obama was President.

H1N1 originated in the United States about two months after Obama took office. After twenty cases were reported and before it killed anybody, Obama declared a National Health Emeregency to deal with a potential Pandemic. No one blames Obama for a failure of leadership, except TrumpOroids.

A different story is emerging on TrumpO’s handling of COVID19

He shuttered the Pandemic Crisis Team that Obama set up, claiming he was a business man and didn’t want to pay experts sitting around doing nothing.

He filmed a DNC political ad on February 26 saying he had done things that will bring the fifteen cases down to Zero in a couple of days.

He praised China in January for containing the Virus.

That February 26 Press Conference will be the political end of TrumpO if something else does not do him in, like this:

The "Trump bump" is no more

The decline on Monday marked the erasure of all gains the index made since President Donald Trump's election victory on November 8, 2016.

The Dow shed as much as 5%, or 960 points, slipping to an intraday low of 18,213.65. That marked its first foray below the close of 18,259.60 on November 7, 2016.
Here’s the Feb 26 presser. Excerpts

We were supposed to be down to zero cases now, or did you forget:

President Trump, Vice President Pence, and Members of the Coronavirus Task Force in Press Conference

James S. Brady Press Briefing Room
February 26, 2020 6:37 P.M. EST

THE PRESIDENT: Because of all we’ve done, the risk to the American people remains very low.

THE PRESIDENT: As most of you know, the — the level that we’ve had in our country is very low, and those people are getting better, or we think that in almost all cases they’re better, or getting. We have a total of 15.

THE PRESIDENT: Of the 15 people — the “original 15,” as I call them — 8 of them have returned to their homes, to stay in their homes until fully recovered. One is in the hospital and five have fully recovered. And one is, we think, in pretty good shape and it’s in between hospital and going home.

So we have a total of — but we have a total of 15 people, and they’re in a process of recovering, with some already having fully recovered.

THE PRESIDENT: Hopefully, we’re not going to have to spend so much because we really think we’ve done a great job in keeping it down to a minimum. And again, we’ve had tremendous success — tremendous success — beyond what people would have thought.

THE PRESIDENT: And, so far, if you look at what we have with the 15 people and their recovery, one is — one is pretty sick but hopefully will recover, but the others are in great shape.

THE PRESIDENT: But we’re very, very ready for this, for anything — whether it’s going to be a breakout of larger proportions or whether or not we’re — you know, we’re at that very low level, and we want to keep it that way.

So we’re at the low level. As they get better, we take them off the list, so that we’re going to be pretty soon at only five people. And we could be at just one or two people over the next short period of time. So we’ve had very good luck.

THE PRESIDENT: And we have a total of 15 cases, many of which, or most — within a day, I will tell you most of whom are fully recovered. I think that’s, really, a pretty impressive mark.

THE PRESIDENT: Well, I really think the stock market — of something I know a lot about — I think it took a hit maybe for two reasons. I think they look at the people that you watched debating last night and they say, if there’s even a possibility that can happen, I think it really takes a hit because of that.
THE PRESIDENT: We have the greatest — it’s the greatest tourism country in the world. So instead of leaving our country, leaving our shores, they’ll stay here.

And again, when you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that’s a pretty good job we’ve done.

THE PRESIDENT; I think every aspect of our society should be prepared. I don’t think it’s going to come to that, especially with the fact that we’re going down, not up. We’re going very substantially down, not up.

THE PRESIDENT; But we have it so well under control. I mean, we really have done a very good job.

Q Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you, Mr. President. Are financial markets overreacting here?

THE PRESIDENT: I think the financial markets are very upset when they look at the Democrat candidates standing on that stage making fools out of themselves. And they say, “If we ever have a President like this…”

Q So far, your administration is only testing less than 500 people. And health officials are questioning whether that’s enough, comparing to other countries who have tested more than tens of thousands of people. Are you planning to test more people?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, we’re testing everybody that we need to test. And we’re finding very little problem. Very little problem.

THE PRESIDENT; So far, we’ve done a great job. When you have 15 people, with this whole world coming into the United States, and the 15 people are either better or close to being better, that’s pretty good.
