wow cops do use guns on england. a black dude driving around in car used in shooting. wont stop cops block him in and he use the car as weapon ramming into cops cars not stopping, they shoot him and he dies. court said it was justified. all black guy had to do was comply. I remember the blacks trying to tear down the city over this. all they got to so is not commit crimes and i dont know comply with cops. dont different there than it is the us with these folks.

This black dude got involved in shooting incidents several times. The mainstream media ignores the fact that Chris Kaba spent 4 years in a young offenders institution for possessing a firearm.

Reporting restrictions are imposed by the judge to ensure a fair trial. Thats pretty obvious. They have now been lifted, Its not a matter of choice.

Its a bigger issue than this one killing. The worry is that the police now have a license to kill.. Black people mainly. The met has always had a racist culture. This will not change that perseption.

The fear is that our police will become like gun crazy american police. Nobody wants that.

The evidence given is that they didnt know the victim was a gangster at the time. In that case they could have held off and let him smash up his audi. No one is hurt.

But they shot him. I think they obciously knew who he was and executed him.
He may be no personal loss but his significance is greater. You cant just shoot unarmed people on the streets of London.

In that respect a not guilty verdict is perverse.

Its worth noting that he still faces an internal disciplinary hearing.

I can't understand why they did this hard stop in a built up area, they could have followed the car until it reached it's destination or carried out the stop in a safer area, the fact is no Police officer has even been convicted for shooting a member of the public, the case that stands out for me is the Brazilian electrician who had 7 rounds put in his head on the Tube train, the police had followed the guy for some time knew where he lived and yet allowed him to leave his house then halfway across London and let him board the Tube train, another one i remember was when they shot a man with a chair leg in a carrier bag.

The met are now pushing to ensure that there are no trials of policemen. Unreal.
Maybe one day they will kill a white bystander when they are praying bullets ? Then we might get accountability.

Well they did 40 years ago and nothing has changed, they fired 14 bullets in this case then one of the officers pistol whipped the man.

The old "my boy was a good Christian boy, he would never do anything bad, he's innocent" really backfired, good on the judge for allowing his criminal past to be put out!! Chris Kaba was a persistent criminal from the age of thirteen. He has served time in prison and been recalled for breaching his early release on licence.

Chris Kaba was 'core member' of gang and 'gunman in nightclub shooting'

¿007 cops? ... Very British. But I do not think it is for any normal policeman in the world a kind of self-fullfilling joke to have to kill someone to have the job to protect the own citizen. It is never easy to have to do very fast extreme decisions in an explosive situation. I hope this policeman - and all other traumatized policeman - have an excellent psychological support in your country. And - your are a "leftie", isn't it? Are you a fan of socialism? This days it was the first time that a German court convicted a Stasi employee of murder. He shot an unarmed Pole into the back who was trying to flee across a border. This had happened 50 years ago. Now the murderer is 80. He will be in prison for the next 10 years now.

No idea how many murderers are never convicted. But who of them knows? The wheels of justice grind slowly but steadily.

For your policeman is the situation clear. He did do his job. He is innocent.

A violent young hoodlum believed to have been involved in at least two murders who was driving a car used in an armed robbery .
A member of one of the most dangerous London gangs etc etc

What an unlucky violent piece of Vermin .

Notice that Tommy Tithead ignores the background .
