It's hard to keep track of the disinformation, misinformation, selectively edited information and flat out lies from this administration, but the "inflation zero in July" is maybe the most absurd of these yet.

Inflation surged 8.5% in July which indicates some slowing due to oil prices coming down. But most of us paid more for hamburger and bread, etc.

The rate of incrrease in July was less than the rate of increase in June. That does NOT equate to zero inflation any more than an increase in spending of $90 instead of $100 dollars is a cut in spending.
