Most Americans saw what happened on 6Jan21. It was live on almost every channel. Yet we have people elected to office that are outright lying about it. Now here is the odd thing. This Representative claims the people rioting, attempting a coup, were Democrats, yet I imagine that he supports Trump pardoning them all. I guess he really thinks his constituents are truly stupid enough to accept his nonsense.

Some never got a trial? That's true only when they "pled guilty"
Seeing the evidence against them (discovery) they realized if they plead guilty, they would get a much lighter sentence.
