Although the US constitution is well out of date.BAD
Our Constitution is the bedrock our nation was built on.
Go ahead and attempt to demonstrate it to be false. When you base your beliefs on demonstrably false propaganda they fall victim to lies and distortions of the truth.
Trump said the Constitution should be terminated if it gets in his waySo let any president test the constitution and laws, and let congress make it more robust. If they don't, it's their fault, and you guys elected them to represent you.
Only in your head.
That is an overt lie I invite you to try to prove.
How would it be good for the prez to defy a ruling from the SC?

"It is pretty obviously illegal and unconstitutional," said Ilya Somin, a professor at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School.Although the US constitution is well out of date.

The reason folks like me keep referring to Abrego Garcia's due process rights under the Constitution is because the 5th A makes no mention of a citizenship requirement for its application. Therefore, because he was not afforded 'procedural due process," his rights were violated.

He even bragged about it, and you clapped like a trained seal.

Would you support US citizens, actual citizens, being sent there?Perhaps. imo, that reflects more on the courts, than me.
If you were being sent into a prison to do some time, would you rather have ms-13 in charge of the yard, or the actual warden as in El Salvador MAX?
Slaves were not protected under the Fifth Amendment. The Fifth Amendment protects individuals from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, but slaves were legally considered property, not persons, so the amendment did not protect them from being taken or sold without compensation.I'm inclined to disagree.
Slaves weren't afforded rights under the 5th amendment as they were not considered citizens until passage of the 14th amendment decades later, upon conclusion of the Civil War.

Interesting. How do you feel that would protect the rights of a Citizen under the Bill of Rights?Possibly, depending on the details of the program.
