So, since it takes time to give the legal instructions to a grand jury, that got delayed. And it is unclear if the persecution is going to call a new witness or maybe recall Cohen to claw back some of his maybe ruined credibility.

It’s hardly a big deal. Bragg’s Assistant DA will probably give the Grand Jury the legal instructions soon enough.
