Before we destroyed 95% of their regime, I would have said that they would have had lists of ships on their shadow fleet and would have just bombed any ship not on that list.

I'm not sure how they would go about detecting them now. My thought is that they have claimed the straights are closed and will just bomb anything moving.

The goal right now is to eliminate their ability to bomb anything on the water. So far, I have not been impressed by our ability to control the airspace over the Straits.
