You take her qualifications and put them on a white piece of paper next to the current VP for example, there is no question about her superiority to Vance.

Superiority of what? College degrees do not a competent VP make. Besides, Vance's resume looks just as impressive as Harris': Marine Corps; a tour in Iraq; Bachelor's degree and a Yale Law School degree; Bestselling author and U.S. Senator.
