Birth control isn’t 100% effective, for example condoms can be defective or sometimes pregnancy occurs despite use of the pill or other forms of contraception. It isn’t up to anyone but the woman and her doctor to determine what needs to be done, not the government or busybody moralists.

Correct, birth control is about 97% effective. But not using birth control or condoms is 100% irresponsible for a woman not ready to have a baby. Abortion should be viewed as a last resort option not an inalienable right like free speech. I believe there needs to be abortion services in every state but only for very early pregnancies less than 10 weeks.

Abortion cannot be murder because murder is a statute. . Since there is no law against abortion it cannot be murder. It is homicide.

Our abortion laws don't go far enough. Every abortion comes with a little snip snip to make sure that this joyous woman can have all the sex she wants. With as many men as she wants without ever worrying about pregnancy, ever. If we can trap, neuter and release feral cats, we can do the same to people pussy.
