Yes, Leftists are 'Evil.' Here’s How They Got That Way — and Why You’ll Never Change Them

That and all those stupid windmills that don't work.
Windmills have airfoils running them so the same icing problems airplanes with no deicers have. However, in cold climates, electricity creating windmills do have deicers.

What is hidden however is the graveyards for old windmill blades.

Yes, Leftists are 'Evil.' Here’s How They Got That Way

As a matter of clarification Doc, evil is not a state that the Left has taken on like a garment or illness, the Left literally are Evil. There is evil in everything they say, evil in everything they do.

Evil runs through their party now like venereal disease through an 83 year old syphilitic whore. There is no longer any separating the two.

If you made Nancy or Hillary hold a cross, they would spit up green pea soup.

And evil is something which must be stamped out, as it cannot be "reformed."

TX actually does have very high property tax rates.; Abbott is chopping them.

Yesterday, I got a big check in the mail from my mortgage lender, due to my escrow being too high. They said that it's either because of lower insurance premiums (fat chance) or lower taxes. They also dropped the monthly payment amount considerably. I have about 8 years left. I could just pay it off, but economists tell me not to do that.

So, I figured I'd better fess up about Abbott actually doing something.

Why pay extra for your home?

Pay off the mortgage and use the savings for something fun.

Screw The Man.

They say that since the loan is 22 years old that you just can't get a credit deal like that anymore.
Now, I'm paying just over a grand a month for a 3-2-2 on a corner lot. Read that again Gen Z.

Besides, now that I'm in my 70s, living another 8 years is not guaranteed. You do you.

I'm 80, been doing me for longer than you've been alive. Payed my mortgage off 30 years ago.

I was a mortgage broker firm owner, since you can pay it off, that is the smart thing to pay off.

22 years back on a loan shows the interest rate is still high. Static funds in an account, vs saving due to the high rate is in your favor to pay off the loan. I am 87 so you also have a chance to live 17 more years.

I appreciate your advice, since you come from that line of work. I shall look into this issue again. Maybe one of them there ChatGPTs can pipe in. They don't know anything, but they put up a good front. The interest rate on a mortgage back in 2004, wasn't pretty. But, the refinance companies a few years later were shady enough that none of them exist anymore.

My Dad's 88. So there.

Your wealth and money are not mine, so my advice to save you a lot of money is simply advice. If you can't pay it off, leaving reserves in your account, it changes things. To empty savings needs more information and can change the advice.

Problem solved.

AI Overview

While up to 94% of a wind turbine's overall structure is recyclable, the blades—made from complex fiberglass/carbon fiber composites—are difficult to recycle and often landfilled. However, specialized, emerging technologies now enable recycling via pyrolysis (breaking down materials), cement kiln processing, and repurposing into infrastructure, such as bridges and urban furniture.

You can't repurpose the harmful emissions from burning fossil fuels. The ones killing the environment.

How lousy do you feel when you belch out CO2?

WOW, we agree. For once.

I owe 60K on my home.
I'm going to pay it off by July, when I retire for good and start collecting SS.

I owe less than a new car. My savings are adequate. I'll think about this some more.

I pay every debt using my credit cards and pay them in full on the day to pay them or a couple days earlier. Again, I will never pretend to be in your shoes or other's shoes. You know very well your own circumstances.

Sooooooo, a SHITLOAD of CO2 gets produced to recycle the blades.

MORE than the amount of CO2 they were supposed to replace would be mu guess.
