She is saying that the Iron Dome has created an artificial sense of false security for the Israelis and that is why the tunnels went undetected.

Sort of like when you're a stupid redneck with an assault weapon pointed out your window but the "thug" comes up through the cellar. Get it now, azzhats?

So which it is? The Iron Dome has been a reason that Israel was able to withstand the terrorists tunneling in OR the Iron Dome has been the reason that Israel wasn't able to withstand the terrorists tunneling in? You have it both ways.

The Iron Dome doesn't stop the terrorists from Hamas from tunneling in, nor does it help them withstand it. They have a separate mission to find the tunnels, destroy them and take care of the terrorists coming in that way. The dome merely stops the constant missile attacks from Hamas.

When you read what the idiot said, you would think that the dome has protected Israel from the terrorists coming by tunnel. Nothing about a false sense of security, rather she thinks the dome did provide security from the terrorists tunneling in.

You have two contradicting comments in your post, one saying the dome helps them withstand the tunnel attacks and one saying the dome distracts them while the terrorists sneaks in through the tunnels.

And your example was really stupid. Failed attempt to paint the right as rednecks who are looking to shoot at anyone or anything. I never heard of anyone sitting with a gun watching out a window, unless they are guarding Obama or something. Usually people grab guns when they realize someone is in the house.
