My comment, which you have turned into a mini thread, was that the news article at the heart of this thread is more of the same gaslighting. You can say its about "what happens to gun owners..." but the headline says "black pastor" was arrested. Their headlines never say "black thug rapes woman"

You on the left see a video, and draw immediate conclusions before an investigation even starts, then blame all police officers for that one or few officers actions. We don't do that on the right. In spite of officers taking a knee in solidarity with citizens over the Floyd matter. What did they get in return? Hundreds of officers hurt or seriously hurt, a few officers dead, and one who was shot in the head leaving him paralyzed for the rest of his natural life.
Some officers “took a knee”. A symbolic action that does nothing to change the lack of accountability or forgive the massive use of needless force that hurt hundreds of innocent protestors.
Over generalization is always a problem. I suggest we all avoid it. So is making conclusions before investigations, which is exactly what happened with the FBI and the right’s claim of political bias.
