Nothing radically new; the ASM-135 antisatellite missile had one successful test that destroyed the target satellite in 1985. Was launched from the F-15.

The Eagle is re-usable. Most satellite boosters aren't.

The problem here is that it can only launch very small satellites.

A better solution would actually be the C-5. And they have already actually already done something similar with a 43 ton rocket.
