Lani Guinier, a civil rights lawyer and scholar whose nomination by President Bill Clinton to head the Justice Department's civil rights division was pulled after conservatives criticized her views on correcting racial discrimination, has died.
Comment:
Guinier was a radical and a racist.
She did not actually believe in ether equal civil rights or in equal voting rights.
She never understood that the constitution treats people as individuals, not as groups.
The Radical Democrats demand racial discrimination in employment and in education based upon their extremist racist stereotypes of Oppressors and the Oppressed.
She wanted to implement some sort of strange voting system where some votes count more than other votes based upon race.
The impeached rapist Bill Clinton had to pull her nomination because she was such an embarrassing racist crackpot fanatic.
