In English? If he has not shown up with a rifle, he would have had to flee, and the 3 separate shootings were not all at once, so clearly he did not flee after the first, as you claim.

Who’s that?True a punk ass killer set free Hopefully he doesn't have long
Let's see what the jury thinks, shall we? Those who chose to attack him while he was armed, got exactly what they deserved. They CHOSE to try to beat him down and take his weapon. If you want to see him in prison for being there then I'd suggest he'd have a LOT of company. Many, many other shots were heard that night. He wasn't the only one carrying and the bottom line is that he was attacked and he defended himself. It's one thing if you unknowingly end up in the wrong place at the wrong time, and quite another when you plan to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He waived his right to self-defense with a firearm in that state and most others across the US.
Exactly. And he actually makes an argument for his case, and listens thoughtfully to the case from his opponent before making a counterpoint that relates to what the person said. It's almost unheard-of on this board.
So... your plan is to just allow cities to be burned because groups of angry people decide they want to do it? Is that REALLY your take? If the cops had done their job, people like Rittenhouse would have had no reason to involve themselves at all. The very problem you mention - out of control lawlessness - is exactly where we're headed if law enforcement steps back and watches this kind of mayhem while doing NOTHING to protect the citizens. You seem like an intelligent person so I don't understand why you'd imagine these kinds of riots will solve themselves without resistance. I know I'd hate to live in a place you were in charge of protecting. If found not guilty then next time something like this happens we're going to have untrained morons in the streets with guns making a bad situation worse by turning a riot into a complete blood bath
I agree! Perhaps you should ask the DoJ why most of the CCTV evidence has been withheld for months?the Jan 6 should be televised as well, just like the Rittenhouse trial...open up the drapes and let's see it all!
Twilight Zone? Wow...even with the videos and Kyle clearly trying to flee the entire time...If he has not shown up with a rifle, he would have had to flee, and the 3 separate shootings were not all at once, so clearly he did not flee after the first, as you claim.
I almost misread this post.the Jan 6 should be televised as well, just like the Rittenhouse trial...open up the drapes and let's see it all!
Of course they are. Rittenhouse admitted he pointed his gun at Rosenbaum.Ha. It alters it, A LOT.
The prosecution isn't even trying to make any of the points you're making. Even as bad as they are at making their case, they aren't you. Even they know that line of reasoning would be incredibly stupid.
Not sure how that benefits the DA's office, since it makes them look incompetent. I believe it also goes on their win/loss record as a loss.
Also, the defense has asked for a mistrial with prejudice. If the judge grants it, the DA's office can't bring this for prosecution again.
You can't legally provoke an attack, kill the attacker, and then claim self-defense.And what criteria does he not meet?
Twilight zone fits. I still don’t get the angst for someone yelling the n word and pedophile. They have no actual integrityTwilight Zone? Wow...even with the videos and Kyle clearly trying to flee the entire time...

you ever gonna show us those laws you keep talking about that kyle violated??Police don't make the decision of backing down or charging a situation. That's done by the chief and politicians usually telling them what to do. If a city allows riots to go uninterrupted, you take that up with them, not put on your Rambo gear to show them you can do it better. Rittenhouse had no business there anyway. He didn't even live in the state yet alone the city.

Those who seriously believe he should be convicted of murder or even manslaughter, can only defend that stance by saying he shouldn't have been there. NONE OF THEM should have been there. The two who assumed room temperature and the one who got his biceps vaporized, ALL MADE A BAD CHOICE.
Do you believe that when he is acquitted, citizens in Kenosha and other Blue American cities should be able to repeat the violence and lawlessness as a protest?
what law is the law??That's totally up to city leaders, not citizens. Because this prosecution seemingly is throwing this case, I think they have no choice but to acquit him. More riots? Quite possibly.
You are free to go wherever you like in this country, but when armed, you then have restrictions on what actions you can take as I clearly pointed out. I know people disagree with that, but the law is the law. You have the right to use deadly force for self-defense IF.................. Self-defense is not guaranteed under every circumstance. It's like my analogy of me going to a bikers bar and yelling "all bikers are pussies!" and when a few come after me, I shoot them dead claiming self-defense. No, I am not covered under self-defense laws at that point.

You have to ask yourself:
Why didn't the prosecution bring this up?
