Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

Right, when people set dumpsters on fire trying to roll them into buildings so they start on fire as well, there's nothing violent about that. :eusa_shhh:
that wasn't considered violent by the prosecution. So his own words kills your theory of walking around in a violent event.

So where did he buy a gun from illegally? You cannot legally purchase a firearm in the US until you are the age of 18. He borrowed that gun from a friend. Regardless where the gun came from, he was in public with it as a minor which is also against the law. I posted that law yesterday.
it's a misdemeanor.

The problem is the law is VAGUE in Wisconsin.

It addresses 12-16 year olds and 18 and above, but not 17 year olds.

It is very odd and poorly written.

12-16 may possess a firearm with a parent or guardian around....as an example. (I know that is not relevant to this case)

Also, I do not see how illegally possessing a firearm gets you convicted.

What if a 14 year old girl shoots a rapist with a gun she found in her home? Should she do time?

Of course it was, and he deliberately put himself in that position where an attack was likely.
deliberately how? know one was allowed there, so everyone was at fault.

And again you're saying he had no right to defend himself. he should have died. wow. dude total demofk moment for you.

Gaige Grosskreutz Source: West Allis Police 10/6/2020
Gaige Grosskreutz is the man who pointed a gun at Kyle Rittenhouse during the Kenosha Riots. He paid dearly and lost most of his arm. We told you about his extensive criminal history. Please read this. He is not an upstanding citizen. He has been convicted of at least one felony. For some reason there are no felony convictions still on his record. They were likely expunged.

Arrest History:

Simple Assault/Domestic Violence
Burglary of Home
Criminal Trespass to Dwelling
Disorderly Conduct
Criminal Damage to Property
OWI
Possession of Firearm by Felon
Possession of Firearm while intoxicated
Endangering Safety by use of Dangerous Weapon
Loud Noise
Obedience to Officers
Prowli
ng

Well, Gaige just added a new charge, Second OWI. On October 6, 2020 he was arrested by West Allis police about 2:40 am for allegedly driving drunk. He refused to provide a sample for measurement.

Special Treatment? Corruption? Both?

The Milwaukee County DA Charged Grosskreutz with a civil forfeiture for refusing to take test for intoxication after arrest. Second OWIs in Wisconsin are criminal and appear on a background check. He originally had a court date scheduled for March 12, 2021. Then, sometime in December, that date was postponed at the request of the Milwaukee DA’s office. That date is now January 1, 2022, or later. We reached out to both DA’s to ask why the special treatment was given. We didn’t hear back from Graveley, leading to speculation that this was a handshake deal to help assist in the prosecution of Kyle Rittenhouse. Milwaukee Chief Deputy District Attorney Kent Lovern did respond on behalf of DA Chisholm to the Kenosha County Eye. He told us that the criminal second OWI is “currently pending in our office” and “it will be handled by this office like any other similar referral. This office has had no contact with Kenosha County prosecutors about this matter”

As a right wing gun activist, I'm going against the grade of my fellow conservatives here. This kid was looking for trouble and took a firearm with him. He found trouble resulting in the death of two people and injuring another.

First off he had a gun illegally because he was underage. Being underage with a gun in public is no different than being a convicted felon with a gun. It's illegal. Secondly, it is not the citizens duty to protect property or other people in a confrontational situation. That's what we have police for. If you want to get involved in a potentially dangerous situation, leave your gun at home. If you get the shit kicked out of you, well, that's what you went there for.

As a CCW holder in my state (yes, I know he didn't have a CCW) you are taught to avoid situations that may force you to use deadly force. He deliberately and knowingly entered a violent situation. He took zero precautions to avoid it. The death of these people were because he decided to go into a violent situation with an illegal deadly weapon could have easily been avoided.

Carrying a firearm is for self-defense when outside your home, not looking for trouble and then using that firearm.

I thought pretty much the same as you do until I watched the trial. A lot of what you said in this post is inaccurate. I'm not going to go through every correction based on the evidence that was presented, but suffice it to say I was wrong initially about his intention and what he was doing at the time. This seems a clear case of self-defense.

How does that mean he did not act in self-defense?
In the absence of those committed to maintaining order, there must be those who must take the initiative for the safety and welfare of others.

As I said, the government failed to address the riots and left Rittenhouse feeling he had no choice but to act in their stead.

If the government had done its job, this trial would not be going on now. Rittenhouse would be in EMT or Firefighter training right now.

But hey, we should just absolve government of its failure to act, a failure to which a citizen of the community felt forced to act upon.

This prosecutor seems to want to discredit EVERY photographer who was out there by claiming bias...
From the video expert, the photographer yesterday, and the video photographer today...

Obviously he doesn't like cameras unless he is holding them.

What a piece of shit this kid really is. The defense has tried to portray him as a boy scout, trying to help people, and his "breakdown" was one of the worst pieces of acting I've ever seen. One of the "excluded" pieces of evidence was that he beat up and girl and punched her in the face.

Driving without a license, on a regular basis. Buying a gun he wasn't legally old enough to buy. When the building he was supposedly "protecting" was safe, he went into the crowd, looking for trouble. Lock this piece of shit up and throw away the key.

I think he should take comfort in being seen as a "piece of shit" from the perspective of such a garbage, worthless, universally-wrong pseudo-human.

All I heard was, "I want to hate him, and I wouldn't recognize a genuine, decent emotion if it crammed itself down my withered throat."

You may now return to your regularly-scheduled activity of being a stain on the Earth. Move along.

funny thing, I just thought, seeing the agitator prosecutor going to his seat after mr. Hernandez, his hair is Pee Wee Herman!!!! har har.....................haahahahaha.

Would it surprise you to find out that you, in fact, don't understand a fucking thing? I'm guessing it's a familiar occurrence for you.
Yes cecilie it woud surprise me as I know infinitely more than your dumb republican trump ass does

he's saying kyle should have died just died because he didn't have the right to defend himself. This is where Ray moved as a demofk.

No, he's saying that Kyle shouldn't have been there in the first place, and he shouldn't have been pointing his gun and threatening people. Police told him to go home, and he stayed.
