Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

If the two men chasing Rittenhouse were cops with guns, would he have been ok to shoot the cops, in his own self defense???
it depends…we’re the cops trying to arrested or detain him for lawful purpose? or were they just trying to assault and murder him?

if they were cops engaged in their job, then no not at all. You don’t have a right to resist a lawful arrest

Yesterdays testimony was riveting. Kyle is a very well put together young man. He performed in a manner that would put a lot of older, long time shooters to shame (myself included) if they were put in a similar situation.
What we all saw when he broke down was WITHOUT A DOUBT PTSD. He has been put through a lot by this low life scum bag prosecutor. Hopefully the Judge puts an end to this circus today.

I would frankly be shocked if Kyle wasn't traumatized by what happened that night; most people would be traumatized by killing two people and almost killing a third, regardless of how justified it was. And thanks to this political witch trial, he hasn't had any time to process it and come to terms with it, because he's had to focus on the possibility of going to prison.

What a piece of shit this kid really is. The defense has tried to portray him as a boy scout, trying to help people, and his "breakdown" was one of the worst pieces of acting I've ever seen. One of the "excluded" pieces of evidence was that he beat up and girl and punched her in the face.

Driving without a license, on a regular basis. Buying a gun he wasn't legally old enough to buy. When the building he was supposedly "protecting" was safe, he went into the crowd, looking for trouble. Lock this piece of shit up and throw away the key.

The fight with a girl was not evidernce relevant to this case.

He may well be a piece of shit but that is not illegal. HE acted in self defense when he shot three men.

I imagine that it must be difficult to be a prosecutor in a high-profile case that is definitely not going to be won.

All the evidence was already pointing the other way and it doesn’t look like the prosecution has improved on their already-lost position. Rittenhouse is not going to be convicted of his serious charges.

- Rittenhouse breaking down on the witness stand looked pretty bad. Seems like he might be dealing with PTSD.

- However I think there is also some truth to the “shoplifting” video. I think it gives us a glimpse of the mindset of Rittenhouse which would at least partly explain how he got into that situation.

My $0.02.

I don't buy that. True he doesn't look very stable, but it's common sense that you don't go into a violent situation like that even if he didn't have the training to understand he had no right to shoot and kill those people. But this case is going nowhere. It's divided almost entirely on political lines, he's gained quite a lot in popularity, this prosecutor seems like he just got out of law school or knows one of the family members of the accused. It's a complete joke.

1. Can you show the statute where your not allowed to use your firearm in defense of your life?

I already did from two legal sources much earlier in the conversation. I'm getting ready to take my mother shopping, but perhaps when I get back I'll give you the post number. If you don't want to wait, you are free to go back and find them for yourself.

Rittenhouse did not go into a violent situation, the situation became violent when he or someone from the group put out the dumpster fire.

You have evidence of that? It seems it was violent before he even got there. I might be wrong but I've seen nothing that tells me otherwise.

May be an image of text that says 'So if I understand the Republican argument on Rittenhouse here, you're cool with teenagers from Compton, armed with assault rifles, driving to a MAGA rally in Orange County and open firing if they feel a little, scared? @Mikel_Jollett'

Having said that, even if we can say Rittenhouse should have gotten out of there, the same could be said of everyone involved. Rosenbaum and the others are not to be absolved of their reckless and stupid actions here.

Correct. They all need to be held accountable for their actions. But many here believe everybody else should be held accountable except Rittenhouse. That's my problem with this case; well, that and it's people like him that give us legal gun carriers a bad name.

He never bought a gun he wasn't allowed to own. In our country you need a federal background check to purchase a weapon which he never would have passed. He borrowed that AR from his friend, who is now in very serious trouble with the law. You don't give your guns to anybody, especially people you know are entering a situation like that where they will likely use and kill somebody with them.

His breakdown was genuine. I seen zero evidence he was faking it at all. He broke down because his video game world met his actual life. He didn't think it would be this way. He thought it would be like his video games where you shoot these bad guys and embellished as a hero of the game. But my father served in the Korean war. He won't ever talk about killing anybody. The one time he opened up a little, he told me killing another human being is not like you see on television, Bang! Ow! When you kill another person it's a feeling you've never felt before; a feeling you wish you never knew.

Yes, the prosecutor seems to be assuming all of the worst leftist traits, including not knowing about weapons or ammunition…
right, if he wanted to discuss the difference between hollow point and full metal jacket bullets, perhaps bring in an expert? otherwise shut the fk up, the prosecutor nor judge are experts.

and before you scream ZEROHEDGE FAKE NEWS go search. I did and nothing.

held accountable for what? disobeying curfew, sure, carrying a weapon, maybe, don't know the laws there, it seemed the cops didn't stop anyone with them. Other than the curfew violation, what is it Kyle is supposedly guilty of? As soon as someone can present the evidence the prosecution turned in that showed Kyle did anything aggressive or offensive to anyone including Zuminski and Rosenbaum go for it. Kyle had no obligation to die when Rosenbaum chased him. To say anything else is pure stupid and insanity.
