It will certainly be declared a mistrial for prosecutorial misconduct. The real question is will he dismiss the charges? Sure seems that there are much more grievous crimes connected with the BLM riots (and Kyle’s likely isn’t even a crime), one of which being that thug looter who murdered a retired police captain in cold blood. Where’s HIS trial?

well its been starting first thing in the morning. between 8 and 9 central time. But Court TV sometimes shows the GA case first. Ive found the Rittenhouse trial on Youtube streaming live whenever Court TV isn't showing it.
